Concept Design
During the concept design which is the backbone of the overall design, we would discuss and refine the client's vision. Preliminary drawings are discussed and approved before we move into the next phase - the Process Phase.
Process
During this process which includes schematic design, design development, and construction documentation (permit drawings), the client's vision is further refined and finalized. Actual drawings are created and a permit is obtained.
Reality
During this phase, the project is in the hands of a General Contractor/Builder who will closely work with us to insure your dream and vision is becoming a true reality! We also offer design-build services if requested.
